Before your leasing appointment, you will need to contact the local utility companies in order to set up your accounts. Please submit account verification screen shot of the following:
- Electric Utility Account #
- Gas Utility Account #
- Water Utility Account #
- Renter’s Insurance Declaration Page: Real Property Management as additional insured with a minimum of $100,000.
Resident Information and Forms
As stated in our rental description, all residents are required to have proof of renter’s insurance stating your new address. Renter’s insurance requirements are as followed: Add Real Property Management as additional insured with a minimum of $100,000.
